FCG was a prominent provider of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services and a subsidiary of a publicly listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). The organisation played a key role in delivering essential care and support services to individuals with disabilities across multiple regions. However, despite its strong market presence, FCG encountered severe financial difficulties, leading to its entry into voluntary administration.

Voluntary administration and subsequent liquidation of a major regional NSW manufacturing and furniture business (turnover of $2.6m, c.20 employees). We successfully realised the company’s commercial premises and significant plant & equipment holdings, preserving value for the secured creditor.

Voluntary administration and subsequent liquidation of a large well-renowned construction company in New South Wales(annual turnover > $100m), where we assisted the secured creditor with unwinding certain pre-appointment transactions.

Voluntary administration, deed of company arrangement and subsequently creditors’ trust of an ASX listed resources exploration company with oil, gas and gold mining assets across Australia, the US and Madagascar. We successfully achieved a recapitalisation process and the company executed a DOCA and a Creditors’ Trust was established to deal with creditor claims and allow the company to be re-listed on the ASX.

Paradise Motor Homes, established in 2017, was a manufacturer of highly sought-after luxury motor homes in south-east QLD. The voluntary administration and subsequent liquidation led to the successful sale of its business assets, preserving key intellectual property and re-employment of staff.

Ardenberg acted as trustee of various trusts which owned numerous properties and operated an IGA supermarket in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. The company went through a voluntary administration, deed of company arrangement and subsequent liquidation.
